Quantum Identity Alignment™
All services and products offered through Quantum Identity Alignment™ are provided within a focused, intentional, and high-integrity container. This policy exists to protect the energetic integrity of the work, the time reserved, and the commitment required for meaningful transformation.

By purchasing any service, program, digital product, or physical product, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Coaching Services & Program

One-on-One Coaching Sessions (Single Sessions & Packages)
All one-on-one coaching sessions and multi-session coaching packages are non-refundable.

Scheduling & Attendance
  • Sessions begin at the scheduled time.
  • Late arrivals do not extend session duration.
  • Sessions that are missed, canceled, or rescheduled without proper notice are forfeited.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
Same-day delays or minor timing adjustments must be communicated no later than one hour prior to the scheduled session.
No-shows or missed sessions without notice are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Coaching Packages (Multi-Session Programs

Coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased.
Unused sessions are not eligible for refund or credit.
Packages may not be paused, transferred, or prorated due to non-attendance.
Sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.

16-Week Quantum Identity Alignment™ Intensive
The 16-Week Intensive is a high-commitment transformational coaching container. Enrollment secures your place and reserves dedicated time, energy, and resources for the full duration of the program.

Cooling-Off Period
A full refund may be requested within 72 hours of purchase, regardless of when sessions are scheduled, provided that no coaching sessions have occurred.

After the Cooling-Off Period
  • After 72 hours from purchase, enrollment is considered final.
  • All payments are non-refundable, even if sessions have not yet begun.
  • No refunds or credits are provided for:

  • Missed sessions
  • Delayed participation
  • Early withdrawal
  • Scheduling conflicts

The commitment is to the container, not individual sessions.

Missed Sessions & Early Withdrawal
Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable.
Early withdrawal does not release financial responsibility.
Exceptions are rare and granted solely at the discretion of Quantum Identity Alignment™.

Digital Products (E-Books, Audiobooks, Digital Downloads)
All digital products, including but not limited to:
  • E-books
  • Audiobooks
  • Digital downloads
  • Online materials
Are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content delivery,

Physical Products — Paperback Book 
Paperback Book Returns & Refunds

Refunds for paperback book purchases are available under the following conditions:
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To initiate a return, customers must contact support@quantumidale.com within the 14-day return window.
  • The book must be returned in original, unused, and resalable condition, free from damage, markings, writing, or excessive wear.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Process
Once a return request is approved, return instructions will be provided via email. The item must be shipped back within the timeframe provided.

Refund Processing
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after the returned book is received and approved.
  • Any item returned in damaged, altered, or used condition is not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
